Luke is an Associate at Cuncannon, with particular expertise in shareholder disputes, insolvency, construction, and public law.
Before joining Cuncannon, Luke was a judges’ clerk at the High Court, where he worked on a broad range of civil and criminal matters, and a litigator at Russell McVeagh.
At the University of Auckland, Luke was a Senior Scholar (awarded to the top five graduating students each year). He was the top student in administrative law, land law, legal history, and tax law.
Luke is based in London, ensuring that Cuncannon can provide round-the-clock client service and stay across the UK-based class action and litigation environment.
