Rachael is an Associate at Cuncannon, with particular expertise in competition and regulatory law, corporate and commercial law, and Coronial matters. She also has an interest in financial regulation and sports governance.
Rachael’s broad expertise reflects her experience working at Chapman Tripp, the Commerce Commission, and Wynn Williams.
At the University of Otago, Rachael was awarded prizes for her law honour’s dissertation and in land law. She also founded the Otago Asian Law Students’ Association.
Rachael is based in Ōtautahi Christchurch.
